We want every homeowner who reaches Beneathwebsite Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you phoned or contacted Beneathwebsite Pest Control
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Beneathwebsite Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.

How to File

Email contact@beneathwebsite.living and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
